Agency Building is a course focused on helping insurance agents build their own agencies. Our course professor, Matt Goheen, boast years of experience building agencies from the ground up and in this course he covers all the essential steps it takes to get started.

Agents taking this course will learn about key topics such as whether or not they should incorporate, the basic step-by-step process of creating an agency, how to build a strong brand identity, and how agents need to become the resource their clients can trust.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn proven strategies for establishing a solid foundation for your agency, creating a strong online presence, and delivering exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships. After each lesson you will be prompted to take a short quiz to make sure you are on track to pass the  Final Exam.

Upon successful completion of the final exam, agents will receive a Certificate of Completion for Agency Building, which will prove that they have the basics down of starting their own agency.
