Hey guys. Welcome to Grassroots Marketing. I’m Lester Conn with Agent Elevate. I’ll be your instructor for this course and I’m excited to get to share some tips and tricks that I’ve learned in my 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. I have been an agent in the field, I’ve been a branch manager for two different insurance carriers on the career side.
