Avoiding Sales Allegations is a “must-take” compliance-focused course. In this course, agents will learn from professor Kim Patterson as she condenses all her experience and knowledge of the compliance side of the industry to get them on the right track to compliant business practices.
In this course, agents will learn about the different types of sales allegations they can encounter including unfounded, unsubstantiated, inconclusive, substantiated, and founded, the root causes behind each type, and the different outcomes they can expect from each from coaching and training efforts all the way to cases of disciplinary action and contract terminations.
When agents become familiar with how and why sales allegations happen, and learn about best practices in the Medicare space, they will be able to effectively handle sales allegations and ultimately avoid them.
After each lesson, the agent can take a short quiz to test their knowledge and prepare for their Final Exam. With a passing score, they will earn a Certificate of Completion for this course.
